Sudanese Alliance in W. Darfur welcomes signing of the Political Framework Agreement

Khartoum – Sudan Liberation Movement/Army (SLM/A) – Sudanese Alliance- led by Khamis Abbakar welcomed the Political Framework Agreement which was signed in Khartoum on Monday.

Leader at the movement, Mohamed Arbab Bedawi announced the SLM-Sudanese Alliance – welcome to the Political Framework Agreement and hoped that the agreement would speed up the implementation of Juba Peace Agreement , particularly, he explained, the articles related to security arrangements, return of displaced people and refugees to their areas.

He revealed that the leaders of the movement in the State in coordination with the government of West Darfur State and parties to the peace process exerted considerable efforts over the past days on area of promoting peace and peaceful co-existence among components of the State.
